Cultivation

ANRAC-licensed farms in the Chefchaouen province. GACP-aligned cultivation, harvest windows aligned to processing capacity.

Cold-chain collection

Refrigerated collection (15–25 °C, <65% RH) with calibrated loggers, numbered seals and GPS — within hours of harvest.

Single-site processing

GMP-controlled drying within 3–6 hours of harvest at Tétouan Park, then sieving, solventless resin and CO₂ extraction on one site.

Export

Sealed container transfer to Tanger Med — 63 km — with full batch dossiers for importer qualification.
